Mr Joseph Thomas is the Market Manager Region, South East Asia as well as the Knowledge Network Coordinator for Energy and the Environment (Global) with DNV Business Assurance which is part of the Det Norske Veritas (DNV) AS group.  Headquatered in Oslo, Norway, DNV is an independent foundation with a global network of 300 offices in about 100 countries, and about 9,000 employees worldwide.
